The ArtSoul community, which is our own server: we build the ArtSoul protocol as well as this bot. Counting our own server as a customer would be cheating, so it is named for what it is. Every module below is switched on there, which is where the numbers in the manual come from.

Two ways to pay, same price: inside Discord with a card, which renews itself, or one crypto transfer on Base with nothing to cancel.
A 3-day Premium trial you start yourself. When a subscription ends there are 24 hours of grace, then the tier drops. Settings are kept for 30 days, and member levels and history are never deleted; audit entries follow your plan's window. Payment is a card in Discord or one transfer on Base.
Why you can check us
We never hold your money
No balance, no smart contract. One ordinary transfer on Base, to an address shown before you pay, on a chain anyone can read.
No Administrator
11 permissions, requested one by one, so Discord's own consent screen states the limits before you agree. Remove the bot and it all stops.
Message content is never stored
The spam filter keeps a one-way fingerprint for seconds. The verifier and the whole schema are published.
We do not replace everything
Music, tickets, temporary voice channels, invite tracking and reaction-role engines are not here and are not planned. Under a raid at scale, keep the specialist you trust. Modules stay off until you switch them on, so run this beside what you have and move one job at a time.
There is no third-party security audit yet, and we say so rather than buy a badge. Having no smart contract removes one class of risk, not the need for a review of the dashboard, the separation between servers and the payment logic. That review is something we intend to have.
What changed recently
Dated, and only after it shipped.
Data we said we would delete is now deleted
The privacy policy said audit and moderation logs are kept 7 days on Free and 365 on Premium. Nothing deleted them. That number decided what the dashboard would show, and the rows stayed in the database behind it — a display filter described as retention. A nightly job now removes what is past your server's window, and the logs page tells you when it last ran and how much it took from your server, because the first question when an entry is missing is whether it was us. Uptime checks now go after 120 days, and verification challenges — which hold an IP fingerprint — a week after they expire. It runs fifty minutes after the nightly backup, so anything it removes is already in a dump.
The free tier stopped saying no
XP, levels and automatic roles used to be absent from Free. So a new server met a bot that could not show its two best features and asked for money instead, which is a poor way to ask anyone to decide. Every module now runs on every server, and every one of them has a ceiling: levels climb to 5, one automatic-role rule holds up to ten people, all six templates are yours to read and one to install. Premium takes the ceilings off. XP keeps accruing above the cap even while the level waits, so a server that pays later does not start over.
Uptime is public
A check outside our own machines looks at the bot, the API and the dashboard on a schedule, and the result is on a page anyone can read: artsoul-os.com/status. It keeps the bad days too. Two checks in it says 100%, which means almost nothing yet — in a month it will mean something, and the only way to have that number later is to start now.
Find a page instead of remembering where it is
Ctrl+K anywhere in the dashboard, type a few letters in either language, press enter. It searches the pages you can actually open and the manual, and says which is which.

The whole panel got faster
The database moved to the same city as the server. Every page in the dashboard now waits less for it: three times the throughput and half the delay, measured before and after rather than estimated.
Roles that earn themselves
Pick one of your roles, a window of days, and how much earns it: messages here, and links posted in your showcase channels. The bot hands the role out and takes it back every window, and it never touches a role you granted by hand. You can cap how many people hold it. Premium when this shipped; on Free since 30 August, capped at one rule.
Pay inside Discord
A subscription can now be bought with the card Discord already has, without leaving the app and without touching crypto. It renews itself and is cancelled in Discord's own settings. Paying by transfer on Base stays, and is still how the yearly plan works.
Payments confirm themselves
A crypto payment used to need you to come back to the dashboard and press a button before it counted. A watcher now reads the chain and activates the subscription on its own, including when you send less than the full amount and top it up later.
Email you control
Add an address to hear about a subscription that is about to end, remove it and the mail stops. Nothing is sent to an address you did not type in yourself, and the address is never shown to anyone else, including your own server staff.
The manual opened up
The whole manual is readable at /docs without an account, in English and Russian. Deciding whether to install a bot should not require installing it first.
Verified Discord app, and a public repository
The app passed Discord's verification, which lifts the hundred-server limit. The parts worth checking before trusting a bot, the database schema, the payment code and the tests, are published so they can be read rather than taken on faith.
Your name on it
A paid server can replace the bot's name, avatar and colour with its own, everywhere the bot speaks. Modules that were built for one community are now switches, off by default for everybody else.
Build the server from the dashboard
Roles, channels and permission overwrites are editable from the browser, with guards that refuse an edit the bot could not survive, such as removing its own access to a channel it has to post in.
Rumble Arena and server templates
A last-one-standing game members join with one button, and ready-made server structures that install a whole set of roles and channels at once.
Before you ask
Do I have to pay in crypto?
No. Premium can be bought inside Discord with a card, which renews itself, or paid as one transfer on Base in USDC or ETH, which renews nothing and has nothing to cancel. The free tier needs no payment at all and is not a trial.
What happens if I stop paying?
24 hours of grace, then the server drops to Free. Settings are kept for 30 days. Member levels and giveaway history are never deleted. Audit entries follow the plan's window — 7 days on Free — and a nightly job removes what is past it.
Will it clash with the bots I already run?
No. Every module is a switch, off by default. Turn on only what you are replacing and leave the rest alone.
Can I get my data deleted?
Yes, and it is real deletion. Removing the bot stops everything immediately; write to us and the records go too.
Is it safe to give it Manage Roles?
It can only touch roles below its own in your hierarchy, and Discord enforces that, not us. Put the bot's role where you want its ceiling.
