Terms of Service

Last updated 12 August 2026. These terms cover the ArtSoul OS Discord bot and the dashboard at artsoul-os.com. Adding the bot to a Discord server, or signing in to the dashboard, means accepting them.

1. What the service is

ArtSoul OS is a Discord bot and a web dashboard for running a Discord server: welcoming members, verifying new arrivals, rewarding activity, running giveaways and quizzes, moderating, and building the server's structure. It is operated as a hosted service. You do not install anything.

2. Who may use it

You need a Discord account in good standing and the right to administer the server you add the bot to. Discord requires users to be 13 or older, and older in some countries; those rules apply here unchanged. You are responsible for what the people you grant dashboard access do with it.

3. What the bot may do on your server

Only what the permissions you approved allow. The bot does not request Administrator, and it cannot grant itself anything you did not agree to. You can change its permissions or remove it entirely from your Discord server settings at any time, and it stops immediately.

4. Payment

  • The Free tier is free and has no time limit. Premium is billed in advance for the period you buy, one month or one year.
  • Payment is a cryptocurrency transfer on the Base network, from your wallet to the address shown in the dashboard before you pay. We never hold a balance for you and there is no smart contract holding funds.
  • A transfer smaller than the price is credited against the invoice rather than rejected; send the difference to activate. A single transaction can only ever pay for one subscription.
  • Prices may change. A change never affects a period you have already paid for, and we will tell you before a renewal at a new price.

5. Refunds

A blockchain transfer cannot be reversed by us. We do not hold the funds, and there is no mechanism to claw one back. What we can do is send the money back manually, and we will, in two cases: the service was unavailable for a substantial part of a period you paid for, or you paid us by mistake and tell us within 14 days. Write to [email protected] with the transaction. Outside those cases, a period that has begun is not refundable.

6. When a subscription ends

There are 24 hours of grace after the paid period ends, then the server drops to the Free tier. Your configuration is kept for 30 days in case you come back, and is cleared after that. Member levels, giveaway history and audit records are never deleted for non-payment.

7. What you must not do

  • Use the service to break Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
  • Use it to harass, mass-message, scrape members, or evade a Discord ban.
  • Attack the service: probe it, overload it, or attempt to reach another customer's data. Reporting a way to do so is welcome; see security.txt.
  • Resell the service or present it as your own beyond the white-label branding the paid tier provides.

8. Suspension

We may suspend a server that breaks section 7, or that Discord has actioned. Where the situation allows it we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it. Where it does not, such as an active attack or a legal demand, we will tell you as soon as we can.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the service running and we watch it, but this is a small product without a contractual uptime guarantee. It depends on Discord and on infrastructure providers, and when they are down, so are we. If an outage materially costs you a paid period, section 5 applies.

10. Ending it

You can stop at any time by removing the bot from your server. There is nothing to cancel and no notice period. To have your data deleted rather than aged out, write to [email protected]. The Privacy Policy has the detail.

11. Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change them in a way that matters, we will say so in the dashboard and by email to server owners who have given us an address, at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance; if you would rather not, remove the bot.

13. Contact

[email protected] for anything, [email protected] for payments, [email protected] for security. A person reads all three.
